GREEN GROCERIES – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to GreenGroceries, an online platform operated by CREATVER TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PVT LTD.

GreenGroceries provides online retail and wholesale access to fresh fruits, vegetables, groceries and related agricultural products.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are seasonal and may vary naturally in:

  • Size
  • Shape
  • Colour
  • Weight
  • Appearance
  • Ripeness
  • Texture
  • Taste

Product photographs are provided for general representation and actual products may vary naturally.

Prices, availability and product descriptions may change depending on market conditions, seasonal availability, supplier availability and procurement costs.

GreenGroceries may limit quantities or discontinue products where necessary.

3. Fresh & Perishable Products

Fresh fruits and vegetables are perishable products.

Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon delivery.

Once a perishable product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, return or replacement may be restricted except where permitted under the applicable Return/Refund Policy or applicable law.

Customers should store products appropriately after delivery.

4. Product Weight & Quantity Variation

For products sold by weight, minor variations may occur because fresh agricultural products naturally vary in size and weight.

Where the final quantity or weight differs from the ordered quantity, the applicable adjustment, refund or additional payment, where applicable, will be handled according to the Company’s order and refund procedures.

5. Order Placement

An order request does not automatically constitute acceptance by GreenGroceries.

An order will be considered confirmed after:

  1. Successful payment authorization; or
  2. Confirmation of Cash on Delivery, where available.

GreenGroceries reserves the right to accept, modify or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or delivery limitations.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, handling charges or other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated to the customer.

7. Payments

Online payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.

GreenGroceries does not intentionally store customers’ complete card or banking credentials on its own systems.

Payment processing is subject to the terms and security procedures of the relevant payment service provider.

GreenGroceries shall not be responsible for delays caused solely by banks, payment gateways or other third-party service providers.

8. Delivery

Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Product availability
  • Weather
  • Traffic
  • Public holidays
  • Logistics conditions
  • Natural events
  • Government restrictions
  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

The customer must provide an accurate delivery address and contact number.

9. Delivery Acceptance

Customers should check the delivered package/products at the time of delivery wherever reasonably possible.

Customers should report any apparent:

  • Damage
  • Wrong product
  • Missing product
  • Quality issue

within the time period specified in the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

For fresh/perishable products, photographs or other reasonable evidence may be requested to process a complaint.

10. Substitution of Products

Where a particular fruit or vegetable is unavailable, GreenGroceries may offer a suitable alternative only where the customer has agreed to such substitution or where the applicable ordering option expressly permits substitution.

Any price difference will be handled according to the applicable order/refund procedure.

11. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only in accordance with the applicable Cancellation Policy.

Because fruits and vegetables are perishable and may be procured specifically for an order, cancellation may not be possible after processing, packing or dispatch.

Where cancellation is permitted, any applicable refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy.

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds shall be governed by the GreenGroceries Refund & Return Policy.

Fresh and perishable products may be subject to special return and replacement conditions.

Where a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method or another permitted method.

Bank and payment gateway processing times may vary.

13. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Delivery address
  • Payment information where applicable

GreenGroceries shall not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

14. Customer Account

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Customers must immediately notify GreenGroceries if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

GreenGroceries reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activities.

15. Prohibited Use

Customers shall not use the website to:

  • Commit fraud
  • Conduct unlawful activities
  • Attempt unauthorized system access
  • Introduce malicious software
  • Misuse payment mechanisms
  • Abuse promotional offers
  • Interfere with website operations
  • Copy or misuse website content
  • Provide false information

GreenGroceries may restrict or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of such activity.

All website content, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, designs, software and other materials, belongs to or is lawfully used by CREATVER TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PVT LTD or its respective licensors.

17. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discounts, coupons and special prices may be subject to additional terms.

GreenGroceries reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers where reasonably necessary.

Customers may not misuse promotional codes or create fraudulent accounts to obtain promotional benefits.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GreenGroceries shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right, statutory right, liability or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenGroceries and CREATVER TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PVT LTD from claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of the website
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of applicable law
  • Unauthorized use of another person’s account

20. Force Majeure

GreenGroceries shall not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of rights available under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

GreenGroceries will comply with applicable laws and regulations governing its e-commerce activities, including applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as amended from time to time.

23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms, the GreenGroceries platform, products or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Karimnagar, Telangana, India.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent a consumer from exercising any mandatory statutory right or remedy available under applicable Indian law.

24. Changes to Terms

GreenGroceries may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in:

25. Severability
