and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Availability

• All products and services are subject to availability.

• Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without prior notice due to stock levels, seasonal demand, or supplier constraints.

• The Company reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product or service at its sole discretion.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization via online payment methods or approval of Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

• The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order without assigning any reason.

• In case of payment failure, the order shall automatically stand cancelled.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. The Company does not store or process customers’ card or bank details.

• The Company shall not be liable for any payment failure, delay, or unauthorized transaction caused by the payment gateway, banks, or third-party service providers.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, logistics, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• The Company shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

5. Customer Information Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery and contact details.

• The Company shall not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

• Re-delivery or cancellation due to incorrect details may attract additional charges.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled unless explicitly permitted under the Company’s Cancellation Policy.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the timeline defined by the payment gateway or banking partner.

• The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

7. Returns & Replacement

• Returns or replacements are subject to inspection and approval as per the Company’s Return Policy.

• Products once delivered and accepted may not be eligible for return unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

• Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of misuse of the platform, breach of terms, or violation of applicable laws.
